BTW, I've added "hwaddress ether 38:E7:D8:DF:54:F4" to /etc/network/interfaces and network did not start
after reboot. I've added "down hwaddress ether 38:E7:D8:DF:54:F4" and ifup worked without errors, but on reboot MAC did not changed to specified value
